ZYANIX Security

Web application security audits against OWASP Top 10, penetration testing, server hardening, malware removal, WAF configuration, and DDoS protection. Starting from ₹5,499.

Web Security & Cybersecurity

ZYANIX Security is the cybersecurity division of ZYANIX. It identifies, assesses, and remediates security vulnerabilities in websites, web applications, and servers. All security work is performed on systems where ZYANIX has explicit written authorization from the system owner.

The division follows OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) guidelines, covering the OWASP Top 10 — the most critical web application security risks as defined by the global security community. Tools used include Burp Suite Professional, OWASP ZAP, Nikto, Nmap, and custom scripts.

A real case study: ZYANIX performed a security audit for an e-commerce client and discovered three critical vulnerabilities — an SQL injection point in the search function, a session hijacking risk in the checkout flow, and an exposed admin panel with weak credentials. All three were patched within the same engagement.

OWASP Top 10 Assessment

ZYANIX Security audits check for all OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities — the standard framework for web application security risk.

A01 – Broken Access Control — Unauthorized access to restricted functions or data
A02 – Cryptographic Failures — Weak encryption, exposed sensitive data
A03 – Injection — SQL injection, command injection, LDAP injection
A04 – Insecure Design — Missing security controls in application architecture
A05 – Security Misconfiguration — Default credentials, exposed error messages, open ports
A06 – Vulnerable Components — Outdated libraries, unpatched dependencies
A07 – Auth Failures — Weak passwords, session hijacking, credential stuffing
A08 – Software Integrity Failures — Unsigned updates, insecure CI/CD pipelines
A09 – Logging Failures — Insufficient logging, no intrusion detection
A10 – SSRF — Server-Side Request Forgery attacks against internal systems

Security Questions

Is penetration testing legal? Will ZYANIX test my site without breaking any laws?

All ZYANIX security testing is performed with explicit written authorization from the system owner. This is a legal requirement for ethical penetration testing. ZYANIX does not perform unauthorized testing on any system. Before any security engagement begins, a scope document is agreed upon that defines exactly what will be tested and what is out of scope.

What does a ZYANIX security audit report look like?

The report documents every vulnerability found, categorized by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low, Informational). Each finding includes: a description of the vulnerability, how it was discovered, the potential impact if exploited, and a step-by-step remediation recommendation. The report is designed to be actionable, not just informational.

Does ZYANIX fix the vulnerabilities it finds?

Vulnerability patching is included in the Web Security service (₹6,499) and Server Hardening service (₹5,499). For the Security Audit service (₹7,499), fixing is separate — the audit provides the report, and patching can be ordered as a follow-on engagement.

How long does a security audit take?

Most web application security audits for small to medium sites are completed within 3–5 business days. More complex applications with many endpoints or custom authentication systems may take up to 7 days. Timeline is confirmed in the proposal before work begins.

Is Your Website Secure?

Most small business sites have at least one critical vulnerability. Find out before attackers do.
